Description

The ESP Digivew HD+ is a 4-channel CCTV system supplied as a complete kit with a 4MP DVR, two white dome cameras rated IP66, a 2TB surveillance-grade hard drive pre-installed in the DVR, 25m of cable and a 12V power supply. The system records at 4MP resolution and supports live view at the same resolution via HDMI or VGA output to a monitor.

Designed for residential and small commercial premises needing up to 4 cameras, the kit arrives ready to install with two dome cameras included and capacity to add two more cameras later. Each dome camera carries a 3.6mm fixed lens and infrared LEDs for night vision. The DVR records continuously, on schedule or on motion detection, with recordings accessible via USB backup for transferring footage or remotely via the ESP HDview app for smartphones. Remote viewing on a PC is supported through the included CMS software.

The 2TB surveillance hard drive gives approximately 2-4 weeks of continuous recording from two 4MP cameras depending on compression settings and motion activity. The DVR operates silently with no audible fan noise and uses a mouse-driven interface for configuration. The system supports wired network connection or connection via a PowerLine adapter for remote monitoring without running Ethernet cables across the building.

The two included dome cameras measure approximately 110mm diameter and mount on ceilings or soffits with a three-point fixing bracket. The white housing suits lighter-coloured exteriors and the IP66 rating protects against rain and dust when installed outdoors under eaves or canopies. The cameras connect to the DVR via coaxial cable, with power supplied centrally from the 12V PSU rather than at each camera location.
