Description

The ESP Digivew HD+ is a 4-channel CCTV kit pairing a 4-megapixel DVR with two white IP66-rated dome cameras, 1TB surveillance-grade hard drive pre-installed, and a complete system power supply. Each camera captures 4MP resolution footage in daylight and low-light conditions using infrared LEDs rated for 25m night vision. The DVR supports up to four cameras total, allowing two additional cameras to be added later using the vacant channels.

Designed for home, small office and retail installation, the kit provides continuous, scheduled or motion-triggered recording. The DVR connects to a monitor via HDMI or VGA outputs, and remote viewing is supported through the ESP HDview smartphone app or included CMS software for PC. Recordings can be backed up to USB for evidence transfer. The dome cameras carry IP66 weatherproofing, making them suitable for outdoor mounting under eaves or canopies as well as indoor installation in entrances, corridors and loading areas.

The 1TB surveillance-grade hard drive holds approximately 10-14 days of continuous 4MP recording from two cameras depending on compression settings and frame rate. The DVR operates silently without fan noise and uses a mouse-driven interface for setup and playback. The system can be accessed remotely via wired Ethernet or a PowerLine adapter, giving remote monitoring without relying solely on wireless connectivity. Each dome camera uses a 3.6mm fixed lens giving a wide field of view suitable for coverage of driveways, building perimeters, entrances and yards.

The DVR has four channels, and this kit includes two dome cameras. You can add up to two more cameras later by purchasing compatible ESP Digivew HD+ cameras separately and connecting them to the vacant channels.

What's the night vision range?

Each dome camera has infrared LEDs rated for 25m night vision in total darkness. Actual range depends on mounting height, lens angle and environmental conditions, but typical residential coverage is 15-20m in practice.

Can the cameras be used outdoors?

Yes. The dome cameras carry an IP66 weatherproofing rating, making them suitable for outdoor installation under eaves, canopies or soffits. They are not rated for full submersion or direct exposure to heavy rain without overhead protection.

How is the system accessed remotely?
