Description

The Eclipse is a 550mm flush ceiling light with an integrated 34W LED housed behind a pleated white glass diffuser. The diffuser is moulded into a radial shell pattern, with each pleat catching and softening the 3000K LED light to create an even glow across the surface. The light can be mounted flush to a ceiling or vertically onto a wall, using the same metal back plate for both orientations.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and commercial spaces where a single ceiling fitting provides the primary ambient light, the Eclipse delivers 3,000+ lumens across a wide spread without glare. The 550mm diameter suits rooms of 12-20m² where a smaller flush fitting would appear undersized. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor locations away from direct moisture exposure.

The pleated glass diffuser hides the LED array completely, so the light reads as a single glowing shell rather than visible point sources. The white finish on both the glass and the metal back plate keeps the fitting neutral against white or light-coloured ceilings. The integrated LED is rated for 30,000+ hours operational life and is non-dimmable, running at full 34W output on standard 230V mains without additional control gear.

No. The integrated 34W LED runs at full output on standard 230V mains and is not compatible with dimmer switches. The fitting delivers consistent 3000K light whenever powered on.

The IP20 rating means the Eclipse is suitable only for dry indoor locations. It cannot be used in bathrooms, shower rooms or any space where it may be exposed to moisture or water spray. For bathrooms, look for fittings rated IP44 or higher.
