Description

The Dune UGR is a 1065mm linear track light with an integrated 28W LED array delivering 3000K warm white light through a low-glare diffuser panel. The fitting mounts onto a 3-phase track rail system (track sold separately), allowing multiple Dune units to be positioned along the same rail and controlled on separate circuits depending on the track wiring configuration.

Designed for retail, hospitality, galleries and commercial office environments where ambient lighting needs to cover a wide area without causing screen glare or visual fatigue, the Dune UGR achieves a Unified Glare Rating below 19 through its prismatic diffuser and recessed LED positioning. The 1065mm length distributes light across approximately 1-1.2m of linear space, making it suited to illuminating display runs, reception desks, corridor sections and open-plan office zones where continuous light is preferred over discrete spotlights.

The aluminium housing is finished in matt black powder coat with a low profile of 43mm height and 32mm projection from the track rail. The fitting weighs approximately 900g, which is compatible with standard 3-phase track systems rated for pendant and linear loads. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor spaces, and the non-dimmable driver means brightness is fixed at full output once powered. The 5-year manufacturer warranty from Ideal Lux covers LED failure and driver faults under normal commercial use.

The Dune UGR fits standard 3-phase track rail systems. The track rail itself is sold separately. Ensure the track is rated for the combined wattage of all fittings you plan to install on the same circuit.

Can multiple Dune units be controlled separately on the same track?

Yes, if the 3-phase track is wired correctly. Each of the three circuits in the track can be switched independently, allowing you to assign different Dune units to different circuits and control them in zones. The fitting adaptor determines which circuit each unit connects to.

Is the LED replaceable?

No. The LED array is integrated into the fitting and not user-replaceable. The 5-year warranty from Ideal Lux covers LED failure during that period.
