The Digiview HD+ is a 4MP CCTV kit pairing four weatherproof bullet cameras with an 8-channel DVR and a pre-installed 8TB surveillance-grade hard drive. Each camera captures 4-megapixel resolution video through a 3.6mm fixed lens with IR night vision up to 25 metres, and carries an IP66 rating for outdoor installation. The DVR records from all four cameras simultaneously and supports expansion up to eight total cameras as coverage needs grow.

Designed for residential perimeter monitoring, small business premises and office car parks, the system provides continuous, scheduled or motion-triggered recording depending on how the DVR is configured. Remote viewing works through the companion mobile app for Android and iOS, or via web browser on a PC, allowing live camera feeds and recorded footage to be accessed from off-site locations. The DVR outputs HDMI and VGA for direct connection to a monitor or TV for local playback and system configuration.

The 8TB hard drive provides storage capacity for weeks of continuous recording from all four cameras at 4MP resolution, or months of motion-only recording depending on activity levels. The DVR includes USB ports for exporting footage to a flash drive, and supports CMS (Central Management Software) for integrating multiple DVRs across larger sites. Each bullet camera mounts to exterior walls or soffits using the included bracket, with cable runs concealed through conduit or behind cladding where needed.

The system ships with all cabling, power supplies and mounting hardware required for a four-camera installation. The DVR operates silently without cooling fans, suitable for placement in offices, back-of-house areas or residential utility rooms. Setup uses a mouse-driven interface accessible through the connected monitor, with an on-screen wizard guiding initial camera assignment, recording schedules and network configuration.

Can additional cameras be added later?

Yes. The 8-channel DVR supports up to eight cameras total. The kit includes four cameras, leaving four channels available for future expansion with compatible 4MP bullet or dome cameras from the Digiview HD+ range.

What's the night vision range?

Each bullet camera provides IR night vision up to 25 metres. The cameras switch automatically between day and night modes based on ambient light levels, using infrared LEDs to illuminate the scene in low light without visible glow.

How is remote viewing accessed?

Remote viewing works through the Digiview mobile app for Android and iOS, or via web browser on a PC. The DVR must be connected to your local network via Ethernet cable, and port forwarding or cloud service setup is required for access from outside the local network.

Are the cameras weatherproof?

Yes. All four bullet cameras carry an IP66 rating, protecting against dust ingress and heavy rain. They are suitable for mounting on exterior walls, soffits, or under eaves where they will be exposed to UK weather conditions.
