The Dazzle is a table lamp built around a matt black metal frame holding a single opal glass sphere with a G9 bulb fitting inside. The frame forms an open rectangular cube with the sphere positioned off-centre, creating an asymmetric composition that reads differently depending on viewing angle. The 120mm square footprint gives the lamp a compact presence on desks, bedside tables and shelving without occupying the space a traditional lamp with a base and shade would need.

Designed for task lighting and accent use in contemporary interiors, the Dazzle works on small surfaces where a larger table lamp would overwhelm the available space. The opal glass diffuses the light from the G9 bulb, providing soft ambient light rather than directed task illumination. The matt black finish on the metal frame absorbs reflections and pairs with monochrome, industrial and minimalist schemes without creating visual weight.

The lamp ships with a black fabric cable and an inline rocker switch positioned approximately 300mm from the base, allowing the lamp to be switched on and off without reaching behind furniture or unplugging. The G9 bulb sits inside the opal sphere, so the lamp requires a G9 capsule bulb (sold separately) rather than a traditional Edison screw or bayonet fitting. The IP20 rating limits the lamp to dry indoor use only.

The Dazzle takes a single G9 capsule bulb (sold separately). G9 bulbs are available in LED, halogen and eco-halogen formats. Most users pair this lamp with a warm-white LED G9 between 2W-4W and 2700K-3000K for ambient lighting.

Is it dimmable?

No. The lamp includes an inline rocker switch on the cable for on/off control only. Dimming would require a compatible G9 dimmable bulb and a mains dimmer switch, which this lamp is not designed to support.

Where is the switch located?

The rocker switch is integrated into the cable approximately 300mm from the lamp base, allowing you to switch the lamp on and off without reaching behind furniture or accessing the mains socket.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating limits the Dazzle to dry indoor use only. It is not rated for bathrooms, kitchens or any environment where moisture or splashing may occur.
