Description

The Cometa is a 35cm clear glass globe pendant light with brushed gold metal fittings and an integrated 12W 3000K LED. A central brushed gold stem runs through the centre of the glass sphere, with the LED positioned inside a small gold housing that sits within the globe itself. The clear blown glass allows the light to radiate in all directions while the internal gold element creates warm reflections across the glass surface.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls, the Cometa works in rooms with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 4.5m thanks to its adjustable drop range of 65cm minimum to 257cm maximum. The pendant can be shortened or lengthened during installation by adjusting the cable run inside the ceiling canopy. The 35cm globe diameter provides sufficient scale for a 1.2-1.6m dining table or a single-position kitchen island without dominating smaller rooms.

The brushed gold finish on the canopy, stem and internal housing gives the pendant a warm metallic accent that pairs with both contemporary neutrals and warmer traditional palettes. The blown glass construction varies slightly between individual pieces in terms of bubble patterns and tonal clarity, which is characteristic of hand-blown glass production. Wipe the clear glass with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For fingerprints or smudges, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid household glass cleaners or sprays with ammonia, which can damage the brushed gold fittings if overspray occurs.
