Description

The Celeste is a recessed LED reading light with a flexible white silicone arm extending from a rectangular white metal backplate. The integrated 3W LED sits in a circular head at the end of the arm, delivering focused 3000K warm white light that can be positioned exactly where needed for reading or close-detail work.

Designed for bedside reading, office desks and work alcoves, the Celeste mounts directly to the wall with the backplate recessed into a standard single-gang back box cavity. This gives a flush finish where only the backplate face and flexible arm remain visible, rather than surface-mounting a separate fitting that projects further from the wall. The silicone arm bends and holds position without springs or locking mechanisms, allowing the light to be angled towards a pillow, a laptop keyboard, or a worktop surface and stay in place.

The 45mm backplate width matches UK single-gang electrical accessory dimensions, so the Celeste can be installed alongside switches and sockets in a coordinated grid layout. The 120mm arm projection when fully extended reaches across a bedside table or desk edge to direct light without the head sitting directly above the reader's head. No. The integrated 3W LED operates at fixed brightness on standard 230V mains switching. If dimming is needed, a separate dimmer-compatible reading light would be required.
