Description

The Brillia is a dimmable 3-phase track adapter in white thermoplastic, designed to connect pendant lights, spotlights and other compatible fittings into Ideal Lux 3-phase track lighting systems. The adapter measures 115mm in length with a 34mm projection from the track rail, housing the electrical connection points and mechanical locking mechanism inside the white housing.

Three-phase track systems run three separate circuits within a single rail, allowing independent control of different lighting groups on the same track run. The Brillia adapter connects to one of these three circuits and supports dimming control when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb or driver. The IP20 rating restricts the adapter to dry indoor locations — residential rooms, retail spaces, galleries, offices and commercial interiors where track lighting provides flexible reconfigurable illumination.

The white thermoplastic finish matches standard white track rails from Ideal Lux and provides a neutral backdrop that recedes visually against white ceilings. The adapter clips into the track channel with a twist-lock mechanism that holds the unit securely without needing separate fixings. Copper contact points visible in the rear of the housing carry the electrical connection once the adapter is locked into position on the track rail.

No. The Brillia adapter is designed specifically for Ideal Lux 3-phase track systems. It will not fit single-circuit track rails or track systems from other manufacturers due to differences in rail profile and contact point positioning.

How does the dimmable function work?

The adapter itself supports dimming when connected to a dimmable power supply and paired with a dimmable light fitting. Dimming control depends on the circuit configuration — a compatible dimmer must be installed on the specific phase circuit that the adapter connects to.

Can it be used outdoors or in bathrooms?
