Description
The Breeze-1 is a 6-light glass chandelier built around a central chrome stem with six curved arms extending outward, each ending in a flared transparent glass shade that holds an E14 bulb. The arms are moulded from clear glass with chrome metal fittings at the joints and a polished chrome central canopy and base detail. The glass shades are shaped to diffuse light outward and downward, casting an even spread across a table or floor below.
Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and living areas with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the chandelier's 850mm diameter suits rooms of 15-25 square metres where a central decorative fitting is needed. The 550mm drop from ceiling rose to lowest point works above dining tables set 700-750mm high when the ceiling is 2.8m or above. The six arms are arranged symmetrically around the central axis, giving balanced light distribution across a circular or rectangular table.
The polished chrome finish on the metal components reflects ambient daylight and gives the chandelier a cooler, contemporary tone compared to brass or gold variants. The transparent glass arms and shades allow the chrome structure to remain visible when the chandelier is lit, making the metal frame part of the decorative effect rather than hidden behind opaque shades. Each E14 bulb is visible through the glass, so decorative filament or flame-tip bulbs work well here alongside standard LED candle bulbs.
The chandelier is dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The IP20 rating restricts it to dry interior rooms only. The glass components and chrome fittings are from Ideal Lux, an Italian lighting manufacturer active since 1974, with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Breeze-1 take?
The chandelier takes six E14 small Edison screw bulbs, sold separately. Most users fit decorative candle or flame-tip bulbs in 4-6W LED (equivalent to 25-40W incandescent) with 2700K-3000K warm white output. The transparent glass shades leave the bulbs visible, so decorative filament styles work well.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmer switch. Check bulb packaging for dimmer compatibility before purchasing, as not all LED candle bulbs dim smoothly.
What room size does the 850mm diameter suit?
An 850mm chandelier works in rooms of 15-25 square metres where it acts as the primary decorative and ambient light source. Above a dining table, allow at least 150-200mm clearance between the chandelier edge and table edge on all sides.
Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?
The chandelier is designed for horizontal ceilings. Installation on sloped ceilings requires an angled ceiling rose adapter to keep the chandelier level, which may be available separately depending on your electrician's stock.
