Description

The Alfiere is a 220mm diameter table lamp with a sculptural chromed metal base and a tinted grey PVC shade. The base forms a series of stacked geometric bulbs that taper from a wide circular foot to a narrow stem and back out again, giving the lamp an hourglass profile approximately 600mm tall. A single E27 bulb sits inside the shade, which is open at top and bottom to allow heat to escape while directing light downward and outward through the semi-transparent PVC.

Designed for bedside tables, side tables in living rooms, and console surfaces in hallways, the Alfiere acts as both ambient and accent light. The tinted shade softens the direct glare from the bulb while the chrome base reflects surrounding light, giving the lamp a presence even when switched off. The flame-retardant PVC shade carries an IP20 rating, limiting the lamp to dry indoor locations only.

The chromed finish on the metal base is polished to a mirror-like reflectivity, so the lamp shows fingerprints and surface marks more readily than brushed or matt finishes.
