Description

The Aethera is a single-stem floor lamp with a satin nickel plated metal column and a 280mm diameter white fabric shade. The lamp houses one E27 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately) inside the cylindrical shade, which diffuses light through fireproof PVC-wrapped fabric to provide ambient room lighting rather than directed task light.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and home offices where a soft light source is needed without overhead ceiling fittings, the Aethera works well in alcoves, corners next to seating, or flanking a sideboard or console. The satin nickel finish on the metal stem provides a neutral metallic accent that pairs with both cool and warm interiors. The circular base measures approximately 200mm across and sits stable on carpets and hard floors without needing additional weighting.

The white fabric shade is fire-retardant treated and wraps a rigid PVC cylinder, maintaining its shape over time rather than sagging like untreated cloth. The satin nickel column is plated metal rather than painted, so the finish resists chipping and wear better than sprayed surfaces.
