Description

The Knightsbridge CPL24CT is a 290mm circular LED panel with switchable colour temperature (3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white, or 6000K cool white) and dual mounting capability. The panel can be fitted as a recessed downlight using adjustable spring clips that accommodate apertures from 55mm to 250mm diameter, or surface-mounted using the included low-profile bracket. The integrated 24W SMD LED delivers between 1,940lm and 2,140lm depending on the selected colour temperature.

Designed as a direct replacement for traditional recessed CFL or fluorescent downlights in domestic and commercial spaces, the panel fits standard ceiling voids of 50mm or greater depth and projects just 15mm below the ceiling when recessed. The adjustable mounting brackets allow installation into existing ceiling apertures without the need to enlarge or modify the cut-out, reducing redecoration work. The CCT switch can be operated from the luminaire itself or from a wall switch, allowing the colour temperature to be changed after installation to suit different tasks or times of day.

The polycarbonate body and opal diffuser distribute light evenly across a 120° beam angle, minimising glare and hotspots. The Class II double-insulated construction means no earth connection is required, and the IP20 rating suits internal dry locations including hallways, kitchens, living rooms, offices, and retail spaces. The panel carries a 3-year warranty and is rated for 30,000 hours to L70B50 (the point at which 50% of tested units still deliver at least 70% of their initial light output).

Optional magnetic decorative bezels are available separately to customise the finish. The panel is not dimmable.
