Description
The ESP 10W LED security floodlight combines an integrated 10W LED chip delivering 800 lumens of 4000K neutral white light with an IP65-rated die-cast metal housing in black. The textured polycarbonate diffuser spreads light evenly across driveways, garage entrances, back gardens and side passages without harsh glare, while the IP65 rating protects the internal components against dust ingress and water jets from any angle.
Designed for permanent outdoor installation on walls, under eaves, or on fence posts, the floodlight mounts on an adjustable metal bracket that allows the head to be angled through approximately 180 degrees vertically. This lets you aim the beam down onto a pathway, horizontally across a yard, or upwards to light the front of a building. The 1-metre power cord exits the rear of the housing and requires connection to mains via a weatherproof junction box or suitable outdoor electrical fitting installed by a qualified electrician.
The black powder-coated finish on the die-cast aluminium housing resists corrosion in coastal and urban environments and blends into dark render, timber cladding and brick without standing out as a fixture. At 110mm high and 99mm wide (excluding bracket), the compact footprint suits installations where space is limited or where a smaller fitting is preferred over larger 20-50W floodlights. The integrated LED removes the need for lamp replacement and provides an approximate 25,000-hour operational life under typical outdoor conditions.

Frequently Asked
Does this floodlight include a PIR motion sensor?
No. This model is a manual-operation security floodlight without a built-in PIR sensor. It can be wired to a separate external PIR unit, switched on via a timer, or controlled by a standard wall switch depending on your installation requirements.
What does IP65 mean for outdoor use?
IP65 confirms the floodlight is dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction. It can be installed in fully exposed positions such as open walls, fence posts and garage exteriors where it will experience rain, wind-driven moisture and temperature variation throughout the year.
How is the floodlight mounted?
The adjustable metal bracket fixes to a wall, post or soffit using screws (fixing accessories included). The floodlight head then clips onto the bracket and can be angled vertically through approximately 180 degrees to direct the beam where needed. The 1-metre cable exits the rear and must be connected to mains via a weatherproof outdoor junction box.
What colour temperature is the LED?
The integrated LED produces 4000K neutral white light. This sits between warm white (2700-3000K) and cool white (5000-6500K), giving a clean, functional output that works well for security and task lighting outdoors without the yellow tone of warm white or the blue-tinged appearance of daylight-equivalent cool white.
