Description

The Energizer Smart LED strip is a 10-metre RGB colour-changing tape light with IP65 water resistance, controlled via the Energizer Smart app (iOS/Android) or voice commands through Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri. The strip offers full RGB colour selection plus a dedicated warm white 3000K mode, with dimming available across all settings. The LED strip is powered by a Tuya chipset and connects to home Wi-Fi networks without requiring a separate hub.

Designed for residential and event lighting, the strip suits under-cabinet installation in kitchens, accent lighting behind furniture or TVs, outdoor patio perimeters (zones 1-3, not zone 0), and festive or party decoration. The strip can be cut to length at 10cm intervals to fit specific runs, with cut marks printed on the tape itself. Installation is plug-and-play: peel the self-adhesive backing, press the strip onto a clean dry surface, plug the mains adapter into a UK socket, and pair the strip to the app.

The IP65 rating protects the LEDs and circuitry against water jets and dust, making the strip suitable for covered outdoor locations like porches, gazebos and soffit runs, as well as damp indoor zones such as bathrooms (zones 1-3 only). The 150-degree beam angle provides wide wash coverage across walls and surfaces. The app supports scheduling (automatic on/off times), grouping multiple strips together for synchronized control, and saving custom colour scenes. The strip is non-linkable and outputs 97 lumens per metre at 1.5W per metre consumption.
