Description

The Knightsbridge dual USB charger module occupies two adjacent grid positions in a modular grid plate system, delivering a shared 5V DC 2.4A output across two USB-A ports. The module clips into the mounting frame from the front, eliminating the need to dismantle the back box during installation or when reconfiguring a grid plate layout.

Designed for kitchens, offices, hotel rooms and commercial spaces where wall-mounted USB charging is needed without fixed appliance outlets, the module pairs with Knightsbridge Grid plates to create custom switch and socket configurations. The 2.4A shared output handles simultaneous charging of two smartphones or a smartphone and a tablet, though charging speeds will be lower than dedicated fast-charge wall adaptors. The module requires a minimum 35mm back box depth and connects to 230V 50Hz mains supply behind the grid frame.

The brushed chrome finish provides a mid-tone metallic surface that resists fingerprints better than polished chrome and pairs with both warm and cool interior palettes. The ABS and steel construction keeps the module lightweight while providing structural rigidity for the USB port housings.
