winnie-the-pooh-face-print-glass-mug-with-lid-570ml-green
Winnie the Pooh Face Print Glass Mug with Lid 570ml - Green

Description

This glass mug with lid is covered in cheerful line drawings of Winnie the Pooh, his round face peeping out again and again with a wide smile, a cheeky grin or a surprised little mouth. Around the top, the name Winnie runs in gold lettering with tiny bees between each one, and because the glass is clear you can see the drawings on the far side right through the front. The handle has a soft green tint and the round lid is a matching pale green. It holds 570ml, a generous drink, and stands 11cm tall, 14cm across and 9cm deep.

We think it suits a desk, a bedside table or a reading corner as well as the kitchen shelf. The clear glass lets whatever you pour show through the drawings, so a milky tea turns every little bear a warm caramel. The lid sits on the rim to cover your drink between sips, and lifts off to rest beside it on the table. With 570ml to fill, it is a good size for a slow morning or a long afternoon, and as a present it needs little more than a ribbon round the handle.

The mug is made from glass with a smooth, rounded body on a wide base, and the green tinted handle is roomy enough for a comfortable grip. Like any decorated glass, it is best washed by hand in warm soapy water and dried with a soft cloth, which keeps the gold lettering and line drawings crisp; skip scouring pads on the printed areas. Give the lid the same gentle wash and let it dry before setting it back on top. On an open shelf or a desk, with the lid in place, it looks as much a keepsake as an everyday mug.

Specification

Material

Glass

Colour

Green

Finish

Gloss

Height

11cm

Width

14cm

Depth

9cm

Weight

0.209kg

Capacity

570ml

Frequently Asked

How much does the Winnie the Pooh glass mug hold?

It holds 570ml, which is a generous size for a long drink you like to take your time over.

How big is the mug?

It stands 11cm tall and measures 14cm across and 9cm deep, so it sits comfortably on a desk, shelf or bedside table.

What is the mug made from?

The mug is made from clear glass, with a green tinted handle and a round pale green lid that sits on the rim.

What is printed on the glass?

Line drawings of Winnie the Pooh's face cover the glass, with the name Winnie printed in gold around the top and small bees between.

Does the mug come with a lid?

Yes, a round pale green lid comes with the mug and sits on the rim to cover your drink between sips.

How should I clean the mug?

We suggest washing it gently by hand in warm soapy water and drying it with a soft cloth, avoiding scouring pads on the printed areas.
