The glass is warm white and thick, glowing evenly with no lamp showing behind it. A slim dark rim finishes the outer edge. It sits tight against the ceiling and is much wider than it is deep. It measures 30cm across and 5cm tall, in glass and metal.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMounted flush it clears a doorway and a low ceiling, so a corridor, a landing or a small bedroom is its territory, and it lights the whole room evenly rather than pooling on one surface.
