villanova-1-track-end-cap-white
Villanova 1 Track End Cap - White

Description

The Villanova 1 Track End Cap is a small white plastic cover that closes off the open end of a Villanova 1 track. It is a neat plate with gently curved sides and two locating pins on its back. It measures 3cm long and 2.2cm high, so it keeps the end of the run tidy without drawing the eye. It holds no lamp and has no lamp socket of its own; its job is simply to finish the track. Its IP20 rating means it belongs indoors, in dry rooms only.

Most customers buy an end cap when they plan a new track layout, extend an existing one, or find a cap has gone missing after a move. An open track end looks unfinished, and a cap gives living rooms, kitchens, hallways and studies a clean edge where the track stops. Because the cap is white, it suits a white track and blends into a pale ceiling or wall, which keeps attention on the lights rather than the hardware.

The cap is made of plastic, a light material that does not rust, and its white colour runs across the whole face. The two locating pins on its back line it up with the end of the track. Before you order, check that your track belongs to the Villanova 1 range, since this cap is made to finish that track. Ordering a spare alongside the track saves a second order later.

Specification

Material

Plastic

Colour

White

IP Rating

IP20

Light Source

without lamp socket

Length

3cm

Width

0.1cm

Height

2.2cm

Operating Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Frequently Asked

Which track does this end cap fit?

It is made for the Villanova 1 track and finishes the open end of a run, so check that your track belongs to that range before ordering.

Can the end cap go in a bathroom or outdoors?

No. It is rated IP20, which means indoors and dry rooms only, so keep it away from bathrooms, outdoor walls and anywhere water could reach.

What material is the end cap?

It is made of white plastic, a light material that does not rust, with two locating pins on its back.

How big is the end cap?

It measures 3cm long and 2.2cm high, small enough to close the end of the track without drawing attention.

Does the end cap hold a bulb?

No, it has no lamp socket and gives no light; it is a cover that finishes the end of a Villanova 1 track.

What colour is the end cap?

It is white across the whole face, so it suits a white track and sits quietly against a pale ceiling or wall.
