The brass fitting ring shows inside the top and the cord varies slightly in thickness along its length.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA shade this size sets the proportion of whatever it sits on, so it wants a floor lamp base or a substantial table lamp, and it will overhang most side tables. At 1.04kg it is also the heaviest of the four, which is worth checking against an existing pendant if it is going on a ceiling. The dense winding keeps light inside and sends it out of the open ends, so an extra large Tiwa lights the floor and the ceiling strongly and the middle of the room hardly at all.
