three-kings-resin-full-nativity-scene-figurine-25-5-x-18cm
Three Kings Resin Full Nativity Scene Figurine 25.5 x 18cm

Description

This full nativity scene figurine gathers the whole Christmas story together in resin, with Mary, Joseph, the infant Jesus and the three kings arranged closely around the manger. Mary kneels in prayer in a flowing blue mantle, while Joseph stands at the centre in brown and green robes, holding a small lantern over the crib. The infant lies on a bed of straw at the front, and the three kings close in on either side: two stand holding gold caskets, one crowned and one in a turban, and the third kneels in purple and brown, offering a gilded vessel. Every robe is finished in deep orange, green, blue, purple or brown, picked out with gold trim along the hems, collars and crowns. It measures 25.5cm wide, 18cm tall and 13.2cm deep.

At 18cm tall it is sized for a mantelpiece, sideboard, windowsill or bookshelf, where it sits at eye level through the Christmas season without crowding the space. Its depth of 13.2cm lets it settle on a narrow shelf or the top of a piano as happily as on a hall table. Because the scene is complete, there is nothing else to gather before it looks finished. It suits a home that keeps a nativity at the heart of its Christmas decorating, and it makes a thoughtful Christmas gift for anyone who cherishes the traditional story.

Resin holds fine detail well, so the folds of each robe, the beards, the praying hands and the gold crowns all read clearly from across the room. Care is simple: dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth or brush, and wipe it with a barely damp cloth if needed. We like it set on its own with a little space around it and a sprig of greenery at either side, so the faces and the gold trim catch the light.

Specification

Material

Resin

Colour

Multicoloured

Height

18cm

Width

25.5cm

Depth

13.2cm

Weight

0.771kg

Occasion

Christmas

Frequently Asked

How big is the nativity figurine?

It measures 25.5cm wide, 18cm tall and 13.2cm deep, so it sits comfortably on a mantelpiece, sideboard, windowsill or bookshelf.

What is the nativity scene made from?

The figurine is made from resin.
