thinking-of-you-crochet-tulip-flower-bundle-on-printed-card
Thinking of You Crochet Tulip Flower Bundle on Printed Card

Description

This crochet tulip flower bundle gathers deep pink, coral and white tulips, with sage-green stems and leaves, on a cheerful mustard-yellow card. Each bloom is worked in crochet, so the petals have a soft, textured look and hold their tulip shape, while the stems are bound together neatly where they pass through the card. Along the lower half of the card, printed over a pattern of paler flower shapes, are the words 'thinking of YOU', followed by a wish for a little flower to brighten your day. As it comes, the whole piece measures 34cm tall, 11cm wide and 4.5cm deep.

With its message already printed, this is an easy way to tell someone they are on your mind, whether you hand it over in person or tuck it in with a letter or a parcel. Because the tulips are crochet, there is no water to change and nothing to wilt, which makes the bundle a cheerful alternative to a bunch of cut flowers. Once it has been given, it settles happily on a desk, a bedside table, a windowsill or a bookshelf, where the yellow card and pink and white blooms catch the eye and bring a touch of spring colour to the room.

The tulip heads and leaves are made in crochet and sit on green stems, which are gathered together and held in place on the printed card, so the bundle comes looking tidy and ready to give. To keep it fresh, dust it now and then with a soft dry cloth or a soft brush, keep it dry, and place it out of strong direct sunlight so the pinks stay bright. For a finishing touch, add a handwritten note of your own alongside, and let the little card do the rest.

Specification

Colour

Multi & Green

Finish

Crochet

Height

34cm

Width

11cm

Depth

4.5cm

Weight

0.078kg

Frequently Asked

How big is the crochet tulip flower bundle?

As it comes on its card, it measures 34cm tall, 11cm wide and 4.5cm deep, a neat size for a desk or a shelf.

What does the card say?

The card reads 'thinking of YOU', with a line underneath wishing a little flower to brighten your day, so the message is ready-made.

What colours are the tulips?

The tulips are deep pink, coral and white, with sage-green stems and leaves, all set against a mustard-yellow card patterned with paler flower shapes.

Do the tulips need watering?

No, the tulips and leaves are crochet, so there is no water to change and nothing to wilt; simply keep the bundle dry.

How do I look after it?

Dust it now and then with a soft dry cloth or a soft brush, keep it dry, and keep it out of strong direct sunlight so the colours stay bright.

Does it make a good gift?

Yes, with 'thinking of YOU' already printed on the card, it is a simple, cheerful way to let someone know they are on your mind.
