terra-tabac-candle-refill
Terra Tabac Candle Refill

Description

This is a refill for a scented candle: the wax and wick of a Terra Tabac candle, without a vessel, held in a round white paper cup. The wax is a soy paraffin blend around a cotton wick, 235g of it, with a burn time of up to 40 hours. The refill is 9cm across and 9cm tall and weighs 0.3KG, a compact round block of white wax that you lift out and set into a candle vessel of your own.

A refill makes the most sense once you have a candle vessel you like and want to keep using. Measure the inside of that vessel before you order: at 9cm across, the wax needs an opening at least that wide to drop into. With up to 40 hours of burning in it, the refill suits regular evenings at home, in a living room, a bedroom, a study or a hallway, wherever you like a scented candle lit while you read, work or wind down. Terra Tabac is the fragrance name, and the refill makes a small, useful present for someone who already owns a candle holder they love and would rather top it up than replace it.

The construction is simple: a cotton wick sits at the centre of the round wax surface, and the paper cup keeps the refill tidy until you need it. To change over, take hold of the wick and lift the wax out of its cup in one piece, then settle it into your vessel. Because it arrives without a container of its own to display, the look is set by the vessel you choose. For styling, the white wax sits quietly in glass, stone or ceramic, and looks at home on a wooden shelf or sideboard beside dried stems and a few books.

Specification

Height

9cm

Diameter

9cm

Material

Soy Paraffin, Cotton Wick, Paper

Colour

White

Weight of wax

235g

Burn time

40 hours

Weight

0.3KG

Safety

Warning: H317 - May cause an allergic skin reaction.
