smoke-glass-globe-led-pendant-light-50cm-shaded-smoky-grey
Smoke Glass Globe LED Pendant Light 50cm - Shaded Smoky Grey

Description

The Smoke pendant light is a single glass globe, 50cm across, in Shaded Smoky Grey glass. The tint is shaded rather than even, deeper towards the top of the sphere and lighter towards its base, so the globe has a soft, graded look whether it is lit or not. The fitting is finished in Brushed Titanium, and the round canopy on the ceiling is 12.8cm across. Inside is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or replace, and it gives a warm white light at 2700K with a colour rendering index of 80.

A globe this size wants a room that can carry it. In a dining room, hung over the centre of the table, it gives the table a clear focus and warm light for long evenings; in a living room, a single Smoke pendant can fill the space above a seating area or a low coffee table. The drop runs to a maximum of 200cm, which gives room to hang it low over a table or higher under a tall ceiling. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.

The globe is glass with a shaded tint, and the Brushed Titanium finish gives the fitting a quiet, muted tone that sits comfortably with the Shaded Smoky Grey glass. It runs on 230V mains power and is wired in to the mains by an electrician, so plan for a qualified electrician to install it. With an integrated LED there is no bulb to change, and the 2700K colour temperature keeps the light warm rather than stark. Before ordering, we suggest measuring from the ceiling to the top of your table to check that a 50cm globe on a drop of up to 200cm suits the room.

Specification

Finish

Brushed Titanium

Glass

Shaded Smoky Grey

Diameter

50cm

Canopy Diameter

12.8cm

Max Drop

200cm

Light Source

Integrated LED

LED Power

116W

Luminous Flux

1330lm

Colour Temperature

2700K

CRI

80

Power

Mains, wired in by an electrician

Voltage

230V

IP Rating

IP20

Lead time

Made to order, usually delivered in 4 to 8 weeks

Frequently Asked

Does the Smoke pendant light need a bulb?

No. It has an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or replace, and it gives a warm white light at 2700K.

How big is the Smoke glass globe pendant?

The glass globe is 50cm across, the canopy on the ceiling is 12.8cm across, and the pendant hangs on a drop of up to 200cm.

Can I use this pendant in a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, such as a dining room or a living room.

How is the Smoke pendant light installed?

It runs on 230V mains power and is wired in to the mains by an electrician, so a qualified electrician should install it.

What colour are the glass and the fitting?

The globe is in Shaded Smoky Grey glass, graded from a deeper grey at the top to lighter at the base, and the fitting has a Brushed Titanium finish.

How long will it take to arrive?

It is made to order for you, so it is usually delivered in 4 to 8 weeks.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0729/8993/3835/files/01_lead_bc8b42c9-6c40-4888-8f94-f3b5b9b142c5.jpg?v=1791326501
