It comes in four finishes, Black, White, Brass or Grey. The head is 12.7cm tall and 4.5cm across, and its upper section is 4.8cm tall, so it reads as a neat column of soft light rather than a bulky shade. Inside is an integrated LED of 6.3W giving 627 lumens at 2700K, so there is no bulb to buy or change. With a CRI of 90, food, fabrics and skin tones keep their true colour under it.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHang it over a dining table or in a living room. The cable gives a drop of up to 200cm, so it suits standard and higher ceilings alike, and the small 4.5cm canopy keeps the ceiling tidy. Because it is so slim, it works well on its own beside a favourite chair, or with several in a row over a long dining table. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only. It is not dimmable, so it runs from an ordinary wall switch, giving the same steady light every time you turn it on.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe design is by María Güell \u0026amp; Carrasquet, who kept the form to two clean parts: the upper housing and the opal glass diffuser beneath it. Black or Grey gives a crisp contrast against the white glass, White keeps the whole fitting pale and quiet, and Brass adds a warmer note. Whichever finish you choose, the light is the same 2700K. The pendant runs on 230V and is wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician. Once it is up, there is no bulb to replace and nothing to adjust.
