silver-ring-aluminium-led-pendant-light-183cm
Silver Ring Aluminium LED Pendant Light 183cm

Description

The Silver Ring is a pendant light made from one slim ring, 183cm across and only 8cm tall, hung flat beneath the ceiling. Its light comes from an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 110W and gives 7850lm of warm white light at 3000K, with a CRI of 90, so food, fabrics and faces look true and natural under it. It comes in four finishes, White, Black, Brushed Bronze and Gold Leaf, so you can choose a quiet ring that sits back against a pale ceiling or a finish with more colour and warmth.

At 183cm across, we see this as a pendant for a large room: over a long dining table, where the ring takes in the whole seating area, or in a generous living room, where one fitting can light the space without a scatter of smaller lamps. With a maximum drop of 500cm it also suits high and double-height ceilings, hung low enough to bring the light down to where you sit. It dims on DALI or push control, so you can run it bright for a dinner with friends and low for a quiet evening on the sofa. It is rated IP40, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.

The ring is one slim band, 8cm deep, in White, Black, Brushed Bronze or Gold Leaf, and it hangs from a canopy 14cm across that sits neatly on the ceiling. It runs on 230V mains and is wired in by a qualified electrician, so it does not plug into a socket; plan for it when your lighting is being fitted. Before you choose, measure the table or seating area you want to light and your ceiling height, so you can be sure the ring will hang where it looks and works best. Our photographs show the white version.

Specification

Finish

White, Black, Brushed Bronze & Gold Leaf

Diameter

183cm

Height

8cm

Canopy Diameter

14cm

Max Drop

500cm

Light Source

Integrated LED

LED Power

110W

Luminous Flux

7850lm

Colour Temperature

3000K

CRI

90

Dimmable

Yes (DALI or push)

Power

Mains, wired in by an electrician

Voltage

230V

IP Rating

IP40

Lead time

Made to order, usually delivered in 4 to 8 weeks

Frequently Asked

Does the Silver Ring pendant light need a bulb?

No. The light comes from an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or replace.
