rigoberta-trio-direct-opal-glass-globe-wall-light-matt-black
Rigoberta Trio Direct Opal Glass Globe Wall Light - Matt Black

Description

This Rigoberta wall light is a simple T of matt black iron tube with an opal glass globe at each end. A short stem runs from a round 8cm wall plate to meet a horizontal bar, and the two 10cm globes sit at either end of it, turning the light from the lamps inside into a soft, even glow. It takes two G9 lamp holders, and G9 LED lamps are the recommended choice. The whole fitting is 30cm tall and 49cm wide, and it projects 12cm from the wall, so it keeps a slim profile while still having real presence on a plain wall.

Its width suits it to a spot above a bed or a headboard, where the two globes light either side, or above a sideboard or console table in a dining room or hallway. On a landing or a long hall wall it gives a gentle, ambient light, and a pair placed either side of a fireplace, a window or a large mirror makes a balanced, symmetrical arrangement in a living room. It is rated IP20, which means it is for dry rooms indoors only. We think it suits anyone who likes modern, graphic shapes and wants a wall light that looks as considered switched off as it does lit.

The structure is iron in a matt black finish and the globes are opal glass, a simple pairing that keeps the lines clean and the light soft. It runs on 220-240V mains and, like any mains fitting, is for a qualified electrician to install. It carries a 3 year guarantee. For styling, matt black reads crisply against white, pale grey or warm plaster walls, and the round wall plate and globes echo each other, so the T shape sits neatly centred over a bed, a mirror or a piece of furniture.

Specification

Finish

Matt Black

Materials

Iron structure and opal glass

Height

30cm

Width

49cm

Projection

12cm

Canopy Diameter

8cm

Shade Diameter

10cm

Lamp Cap

G9

Number of Lamps

2

Recommended Lamp

G9 LED

Lamps Included

No

Maximum Wattage

10W per lamp

IP Rating

IP20

Voltage

220-240V

Guarantee

3 years

Product Code

00042

Downloads

Assembly Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

What lamps does this wall light take?

It has two G9 lamp holders, one in each opal glass globe, and G9 LED lamps are the recommended type for it.

How big is the Rigoberta wall light?

It is 30cm tall and 49cm wide and projects 12cm from the wall.
