rigoberta-super-curved-2-light-opal-globe-pendant-matt-black
Rigoberta Super Curved 2 Light Opal Globe Pendant - Matt Black

Description

Our Rigoberta pendant bends a tube of matt black iron into a smooth, tall arch and finishes each end with an opal glass globe, so two spheres of soft light hang side by side at the foot of each curve. It measures 35cm tall and 26cm across, and each globe is 10cm in diameter, which keeps the fitting compact without losing its cheerful outline. The opal glass spreads the light gently and hides the lamp inside. It takes two G9 lamps, and G9 LED lamps are the recommended choice.

Hang it over a dining table, a sideboard or a desk, or let it light a hallway, a landing or a bedroom where a plain pendant would feel too ordinary. Its balanced, symmetrical shape suits a modern interior, and at 26cm across it sits comfortably over a small table for two or a narrow console. It hangs from an 8cm round ceiling canopy on 1.5m of textile cable. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, and as a mains fitting it is for a qualified electrician to install.

The structure is iron in a matt black finish, the two globes are opal glass, and the cable is covered in textile, a detail you notice wherever the cable hangs in view. It runs on 220-240V and carries a 3 year guarantee. The matt surface keeps reflections low, so the arch reads as one clean, dark line against a pale ceiling, while the white globes glow beneath it. For styling, hang it low over a light oak or white table, where the black curve and the two pale spheres give a crisp contrast, or hang two side by side above a longer table for a playful rhythm.

Specification

Finish

Matt Black

Materials

Iron structure, opal glass and textile cable

Height

35cm

Width

26cm

Canopy Diameter

8cm

Shade Diameter

10cm

Lamp Cap

G9

Number of Lamps

2

Recommended Lamp

G9 LED

Lamps Included

No

Maximum Wattage

10W per lamp

IP Rating

IP20

Voltage

220-240V

Cable Length

1.5m

Guarantee

3 years

Product Code

00424

Downloads

Assembly Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

What bulbs does the Rigoberta pendant take?

It takes two G9 lamps, one in each opal glass globe, and G9 LED lamps are the recommended choice for it.

How big is this pendant?

It is 35cm tall and 26cm across, each opal glass globe is 10cm in diameter, and the round ceiling canopy is 8cm across.

Can I use it in a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, such as a dining room, hallway or bedroom.

What is it made of?

The arch is iron in a matt black finish, the two globes are opal glass, and the fitting hangs on a textile cable.

How long is the cable?

It hangs on 1.5m of textile cable from an 8cm round ceiling canopy, and as a mains fitting it is for a qualified electrician to install.

Does it come with a guarantee?

Yes, it carries a 3 year guarantee, and it runs on a 220-240V mains supply like other household fittings.
