rigoberta-mono-direct-opal-glass-globe-wall-light-matt-black
Rigoberta Mono Direct Opal Glass Globe Wall Light - Matt Black

Description

Our Rigoberta wall light pairs a single opal glass globe with a slim matt black iron tube, mounted on a small round canopy that sits flat to the wall. The tube rises from the canopy and carries the globe at its top, so the fitting reads as a clean vertical line finished with a soft sphere of light. The opal glass spreads the light evenly, giving a gentle glow rather than a bright point. It stands 28.5cm tall and comes 12cm out from the wall, with a 10cm globe and an 8cm canopy. It has one G9 lamp holder, and the recommended lamp is a G9 LED.

This is a fitting for dry rooms around the home. It is rated IP20, so it belongs in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, landings and studies, where its compact size suits a narrow stretch of wall. Fit one either side of a bed in place of table lamps and you free up the bedside surface, or set a pair either side of a mirror or a doorway for a balanced, symmetrical look. On a landing or along a hallway, a run of them gives a soft, even light along the way. It runs on 220-240V mains, so a qualified electrician should install it.

The structure is iron in a matt black finish, a quiet, modern colour that lets the opal globe take the eye, and the globe itself is opal glass. It carries a 3 year guarantee. For styling, the matt black reads crisply against pale plaster, warm white walls or light timber, and the simple tube and globe shape sits comfortably in modern rooms. Fitted in pairs, it gives a room a tidy, considered rhythm without taking up any floor or table space.

Specification

Finish

Matt Black

Materials

Iron structure and opal glass

Height

28.5cm

Projection

12cm

Canopy Diameter

8cm

Shade Diameter

10cm

Lamp Cap

G9

Number of Lamps

1

Recommended Lamp

G9 LED

Lamps Included

No

Maximum Wattage

10W per lamp

IP Rating

IP20

Voltage

220-240V

Guarantee

3 years

Product Code

00158

Downloads

Assembly Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

What lamp does this wall light take?

It has one G9 lamp holder, and the recommended lamp is a G9 LED, so choose a G9 LED lamp for it.

How big is the Rigoberta wall light?

It stands 28.5cm tall and projects 12cm from the wall.
