rigoberta-curved-direct-opal-globe-wall-light-matt-white
Rigoberta Curved Direct 2 Light Opal Wall Light - Matt White

Description

The Rigoberta is a two light wall light built around a single curved arm of matt white iron, bent into a smooth arc with an opal glass globe at each end. A small round plate tucked under the crown of the arc fixes it to the wall. Each globe is 10cm across and holds a G9 lamp, and the opal glass softens the light into an even, gentle glow with no harsh glare from the lamp inside. The whole fitting is 34cm tall, 52cm wide and stands 12cm out from the wall, a generous span for a wall light that still keeps close to the surface.

Its shape and size suit a wall where you want light and a bit of character together: above a bed in place of a pair of separate wall lights, over a console table or sideboard in a hallway, beside a dining table or along a living room wall. The arc looks best centred over a piece of furniture, where the two globes give balanced light to either side. Its modern, playful outline suits a home that likes simple shapes with a sense of fun. It is rated IP20, which means it is for dry rooms only: bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, landings and studies.

The structure is iron in a matt white finish, and the two globes are opal glass. Each globe takes a G9 lamp, and G9 LED lamps are the recommended choice. The fitting runs on 220-240V mains, so it is for a qualified electrician to install. It carries a 3 year guarantee. For styling, centre it over whatever sits beneath it: against a pale wall the white arc almost disappears and the two glowing globes take the eye, while against a deep painted wall the whole curve reads as a clean white line.

Specification

Finish

Matt White

Materials

Iron structure and opal glass

Height

34cm

Width

52cm

Projection

12cm

Shade Diameter

10cm

Lamp Cap

G9

Number of Lamps

2

Recommended Lamp

G9 LED

Lamps Included

No

Maximum Wattage

10W per lamp

IP Rating

IP20

Voltage

220-240V

Guarantee

3 years

Product Code

00387

Downloads

Assembly Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

What bulbs does the Rigoberta wall light take?

It has two G9 lamp holders, one in each opal glass globe, and G9 LED lamps are the recommended choice.

How big is the Rigoberta curved wall light?

It is 34cm tall, 52cm wide and projects 12cm from the wall, and each opal glass globe is 10cm across.

Can I use this wall light in a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, such as bedrooms, living rooms and hallways.

What is the Rigoberta wall light made of?

The curved arm and wall plate are iron in a matt white finish, and the two globes are opal glass, which diffuses the light softly.

Who should install this wall light?

It is a 220-240V mains fitting, so it is for a qualified electrician to install.

Does it come with a guarantee?

Yes.
