relvena-pendant-light-80cm-bronze
Relvena Pendant Light 80cm - Bronze

Description

The Relvena is a pendant light with a wide, softly waved disc shade in bronze-finished steel, cut through with a repeating pattern of small leaf shapes. The shade is 80cm in diameter and the light measures 200cm in overall height, hanging on a slim black cord from a round ceiling rose. It takes a single E27 bulb of up to 60W, and the bulb is not included, so you can choose the colour of light you prefer. It is rated IP20, which settles where it belongs: indoors, in a dry room.

With a shade this broad, the Relvena suits a room with space around it: centred over a dining table, hung in the middle of a living room, or above a kitchen island in an open-plan home. At 80cm across it holds its own in a larger room where a small shade would look lost. The leaf cut-outs let light pass through the steel, so the shade reads as a delicate pattern of light and shadow rather than a solid disc, and the waved brim softens the outline. The bronze tone sits comfortably beside natural wood, rattan, linen and warm neutral colours.

The body is steel with a bronze finish, and the light has no switch of its own, so you turn it on and off at the wall like any ceiling light. It runs on a 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains supply. As a wired-in mains light, it is installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions are available as a download. The packed weight is 2.032KG, which is worth knowing when you plan the job. When you buy a bulb, choose an E27 of 60W or less; a clear filament bulb suits the open leaf pattern particularly well.

Specification

Overall Height

200cm

Diameter

80cm

Body Material

Steel

Body Colour

Bronze

Light Source

E27 (bulb not included)

Wattage

Max 60W

Switch

None (switched at the wall)

IP Rating

IP20

Protection Class

Class II

Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Weight (packed)

2.032KG

Downloads

Installation Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

Can the Relvena pendant go in a bathroom or outdoors?

No. It is rated IP20, which means it is made for dry indoor rooms such as a living room, dining room, bedroom or hallway.

Is a bulb included?

No, the bulb is not included.
