The glass is a dusty rose, translucent, and carries a dense mercury speckle of deeper copper pink across every face. The cap is antique brass, stamped around its edge, with a small finial and a wide ring above it, and a knotted suede tie runs through the ring.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAt 20cm tall it hangs as a single piece rather than among smaller decorations, and the suede tie is long enough to loop over a branch, a curtain pole, a beam or a door handle without a hook. Lit from behind, the mercury speckle catches light in points rather than reflecting it evenly.
