paratebueno-8-light-linear-pendant-light-black
Paratebueno 8 Light Linear Pendant Light - Black

Description

The Paratebueno is an eight-light linear pendant that hangs a small flock of birds from the ceiling. A long black steel ceiling plate, shaped as a slim oval, carries eight fine cords, and each one ends in a bird-shaped shade caught mid-flight at its own height. The shades are steel and plastic in a dark nickel-nero satin finish, with an integrated LED tucked beneath each body. The whole pendant measures 116cm long, 26cm wide and 150cm high overall. It is rated IP20, which means it belongs indoors in a dry room.

Its long, narrow plate makes it a natural choice over a dining table, a kitchen island or a long sideboard, where the eight birds share out the light along the length of the surface. With an overall height of 150cm, it suits rooms with a generous ceiling, so measure the drop before you choose a spot. Each of the eight lights gives 500 lumens at 3000K, a warm white that suits evening meals and relaxed living rooms. Because the birds hang at staggered heights, the pendant reads as a loose, lively flock rather than a neat row, and it holds the eye just as well switched off as it does lit.

Steel runs right through the design: the black body and plate give a crisp outline against a pale ceiling, while the darker shades catch the light along their wings. Each light draws 4.2W, eight in all, and the lights are dimmable, so you can bring the flock down to a gentle glow for a late supper. There is no switch on the pendant itself; it is switched at the wall and runs on 220-240V at 50/60Hz, with an energy class of E. As a wired-in mains light, it should be installed by a qualified electrician. The packed weight is 8.941KG, worth knowing before you carry the box upstairs.

Specification

Length

116cm

Width

26cm

Overall Height

150cm

Body Material

Steel

Body Colour

Black

Shade Material

Steel, plastic

Shade Colour

Nickel-nero, satin

Light Source

LED, integrated

Wattage

8 x 4.2W

Lumens

500lm per light (8 lights)

Colour Temperature

3000K

Dimmable

Yes

Switch

None (switched at the wall)

IP Rating

IP20

Protection Class

Class II

Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Energy Class

E

Weight (packed)

8.941KG

Frequently Asked

Can the Paratebueno go in a bathroom or outdoors?

No. It is rated IP20, so it belongs indoors in a dry room such as a dining room, kitchen or living room.

How large is this linear pendant?

It measures 116cm long, 26cm wide and 150cm high overall, so it works best over a long table or island in a room with a generous ceiling.

Is the pendant dimmable?

Yes, the integrated LEDs are dimmable.
