ortona-ceiling-fan-with-light-white
Ortona Ceiling Fan with Light - White

Description

The Ortona is a ceiling fan with light in white, built as a low-profile round fitting 46cm across and 20cm high, so it sits close to the ceiling instead of hanging on a long rod. A white ABS body carries a milky acrylic shade that forms a ring of light around a radial grille, and the fan blades turn behind that grille. The light source is integrated LED, three lights at 8.5W each, giving 1,100lm per light, with a colour temperature that runs from 2700K to 6500K. Because the LEDs are integrated, there is no bulb to buy or replace. No IP rating is given, so we recommend it for dry rooms indoors only.

The Ortona suits a bedroom, where one ceiling point does two jobs: it moves air on a warm night and lights the room from the same fitting. At 46cm across it fits comfortably in smaller rooms where a wide-bladed fan would crowd the ceiling. The colour temperature range earns its place every day: 2700K gives a warm white for winding down in the evening, while 6500K gives a crisp, cool white for reading or working. The light is dimmable too, so you can keep it low at bedtime while the fan keeps the air moving.

The body is ABS, a tough, lightweight plastic, and the milky acrylic shade diffuses the LED light into an even glow rather than bright points. A remote control comes in the box, and the Ortona is controlled by the remote, with a choice of three fan speeds. It runs on 220-240V, 50Hz mains, carries an energy class of E and weighs 3.374KG packed. As a wired-in ceiling fan it should be installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions come as a download, so your electrician can read them before fitting day.

Specification

Height

20cm

Diameter

46cm

Body Material

ABS

Body Colour

White

Shade Material

Acrylic

Shade Colour

Milky

Light Source

LED, integrated

Wattage

3 x 8.5W

Lumens

1,100lm per light (3 lights)

Colour Temperature

2700–6500K

Dimmable

Yes

Features

Remote control included; Controlled by the remote; 3 speeds

Protection Class

Class I

Voltage

220-240V, 50Hz

Energy Class

E

Weight (packed)

3.374KG

Downloads

Installation Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

How big is the Ortona ceiling fan?

It is 46cm across and 20cm high, a low-profile round fitting that sits close to the ceiling, which suits smaller rooms.

Does the Ortona come with a remote control?

Yes.
