nikita-wooden-christmas-tree-decorations-set-of-6-grey
Nikita Wooden Christmas Tree Decorations Set of 6 - Grey

Description

This is a set of six wooden nutcracker soldiers made to hang on the Christmas tree, each one 13cm tall, 4.5cm long and 4cm wide. They are made from pine and MDF and painted grey, with painted faces, moustaches and tufted beards that make a nutcracker recognisable at a glance. The characters vary across the set: some wear crowns, some wear tall hats topped with a star, one stands in a towering bearskin-style hat and another carries a drum and sticks. Others hold a sabre or a staff at their side, so the six read like a small parade rather than copies of one ornament.

At 13cm tall they are a comfortable size for the branches of a full-sized tree and just as happy on a smaller tabletop tree. Grey paintwork sits quietly among natural greenery, paper decorations and glass baubles, so they bring a traditional Christmas figure into a soft, muted scheme. Each figure stands on a small block base, so they can also line up along a mantelpiece, a windowsill or a bookshelf in the living room or hallway. They suit anyone who collects nutcrackers or wants a family tradition to bring out each December.

Each soldier comes with a polyester thread attached for hanging, so there are no hooks to hunt for before they go on the tree. Pine is a light softwood and MDF gives a smooth, even surface for paint, which suits the fine detail on the uniforms. The set arrives in a divided box with a space for each figure, which makes it simple to pack them away after the festive season and bring them out again the next year. For a neat look, hang them at the same height around the tree, or stand them in a row on a shelf with a sprig of greenery between each one.

Specification

Width

4cm

Length

4.5cm

Height

13cm

Sold as

Set of 6

Material

Pine, MDF

Colour

Grey

Finish

Golden Polyester thread attatched for hanging the ornaments

Weight

0.28KG

Frequently Asked

What are these nutcracker decorations made of?

They are made from pine and MDF and painted grey, and each one has a polyester thread attached for hanging.

How big is each nutcracker ornament?

Each figure is 13cm tall, 4.5cm long and 4cm wide, a comfortable size for the branches of a full-sized tree or a smaller tabletop tree.

Are all six figures the same design?

No. The characters vary: some wear crowns, some wear star-topped hats, one wears a tall bearskin-style hat and another is a drummer, with some designs repeated across the six.

Do they come ready to hang on the tree?

Yes.
