nightmare-before-christmas-oogie-boogie-head-planter-green
Nightmare Before Christmas Oogie Boogie Head Planter - Green

Description

This grinning Oogie Boogie head planter comes with its own faux plant already potted, so it is ready to display straight away. The pot is shaped as the character's whole head, with narrow, slanted black eyes, a wide black grin and a ridged edge running around the lips, while the pointed tip at the top folds over to one side. The head is a soft green with a glossy finish, and the back is smooth and plain. A neat, spiky faux plant rises from the top in a bed of small pebbles. The planter measures 11.2cm high, 9cm wide and 8.5cm deep.

Because the plant is faux, it never needs watering and never wilts, so it is happy in spots where a living plant would struggle: a dim hallway shelf, a bedside table, an office desk or a bookcase out of the sun. We like it among film favourites and darker, gothic pieces, where that wicked grin adds a touch of playful menace, but it is just as at home on a kitchen windowsill or beside a monitor as a cheerful desk companion. It livens up a small space without taking up much room, and it makes an easy gift for anyone who loves this mischievous character.

The head is sculpted all the way round, so it looks just as good from the side as from the front, and it stands neatly on its own base on a shelf or sill. The black eyes and mouth sit deep in the green, so the face reads clearly from across the room. To keep it looking its best, dust the planter and the leaves now and then with a soft dry cloth or a soft brush. Pair it with other dark-toned pieces on a bookcase for a spooky corner, or give it pride of place on a desk as a little grinning sidekick.

Specification

Colour

Green

Height

11.2cm

Width

9cm

Depth

8.5cm

Weight

0.208kg

Frequently Asked

How big is the Oogie Boogie planter?

It measures 11.2cm high, 9cm wide and 8.5cm deep, so it fits easily on a narrow windowsill, a bookshelf or a desk.

Does the plant need watering?

No. The plant is faux, so it never needs watering or sunlight and keeps its fresh green look wherever you put it.

Does it come with the plant already in it?

Yes.
