The frame is square in section with the edges rounded off, and the wood is left light enough that the grain reads dark through it. The jute panel is stretched between the two back posts and folded over the rails at the top and the bottom. The leather seat is padded and domed, turned down over the seat rails and fixed at the sides with rivets.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe seat sits 46cm off the floor and is 49cm deep, on a chair 85cm to the top of the back and 45cm across, so it pulls under a table without taking much room at the side. It draws up to a round dining table. It stands equally well at a desk, or against the wall in a hallway.
