murane-r-pink-glass-chandelier-140cm-without-canopy-champagne
Murané R Pink Glass Chandelier 140cm Without Canopy - Champagne

Description

The Murané R is a large ring chandelier: a slim band in a Brushed Champagne finish, 140cm across, with twelve spheres of Pink glass spaced around it, some sitting above the band and some hanging beneath it. Each sphere is 10cm across, and the glass has a rippled, textured surface that catches the light. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 32W and gives 1765 lumens of warm 2700K light, with a CRI of 90, which keeps skin tones, food and fabrics looking true to their colour.

At 140cm across, this is a chandelier for a generous room. Centred over a large dining table, the ring of spheres places light around the table rather than at one central point. In a spacious living room it works as the main ceiling light, hung in the centre where the ring reads clearly from every seat. The warm 2700K light suits both rooms in the evening, and the Pink glass gives the spheres a soft blush. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.

The Brushed Champagne finish has a soft, even sheen rather than a mirror shine, which keeps the band quiet against the glass. It is a Class III fitting, wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician through a remote 24V DC driver, sold separately, which converts the mains supply to the 24V DC the chandelier runs on. The chandelier comes without its canopy, and no version with one exists, so you will also need a Murané R canopy, sold separately, which is the ceiling piece it hangs from. Plan for both alongside the chandelier itself, so your electrician has them ready on the day.

Specification

Finish

Brushed Champagne

Glass

Pink

Diameter

140cm

Sphere Diameter

10cm

Light Source

Integrated LED

LED Power

32W

Luminous Flux

1765lm

Colour Temperature

2700K

CRI

90

Power

Mains, wired in by an electrician, through a 24V DC driver (sold separately)

Voltage

24V DC

IP Rating

IP20

Protection Class

Class III

Lead time

Made to order, usually delivered in 4 to 8 weeks

Frequently Asked

Does the Murané R chandelier come with a canopy?

No. It comes without its canopy, and no version with one exists, so you will need a Murané R canopy, sold separately, to hang it from the ceiling.

What else does the Murané R chandelier need to work?

Besides the canopy, it needs a remote 24V DC driver, not included, which a qualified electrician wires in to the mains to power the chandelier at 24V DC.

Is this chandelier suitable for a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, such as a dining room or a living room.

How bright is it and what colour is the light?

It gives 1765 lumens from 32W of integrated LED, in warm 2700K white with a CRI of 90, and it needs no bulbs.

How big is the Murané R chandelier?

The ring is 140cm across and each of its Pink glass spheres is 10cm across, so it suits a large dining table or a spacious living room.

How long will it take to arrive?

It is made to order for you, so it is usually delivered in 4 to 8 weeks.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0729/8993/3835/files/01_lead_5aa04aae-7e0e-4344-9aa8-4afd66480279.jpg?v=1791327743
