mum-wonderful-person-mug-with-inside-words-400ml-cream
Mum Wonderful Person Mug with Inside Words 400ml - Cream

Description

This cream mug for Mum carries a few words many of us mean to say more often. On the front, in soft grey lettering, it reads "MUM a small word for a WONDERFUL person", with a little sprig of flowers drawn beneath. Inside, a longer message runs around the rim, beginning: "I will always come to you when I need advice, or just a hug. You're my rock and I wouldn't be anywhere today without you." It holds 400ml, which makes for a generous cup of tea or coffee, and stands 9.8cm tall, 13cm wide and 8.7cm deep.

It is the sort of mug that becomes Mum's own: the one she reaches for first thing in the morning, carries to her desk or keeps by the kettle for an afternoon break. The front words make it plain who it belongs to, while the inside message is a quieter surprise she finds as her tea goes down, and again every time she makes another. Because it holds a good 400ml, it suits anyone who likes a proper mugful rather than a dainty cup. We think it makes a thoughtful gift for Mum from a son or daughter, whether she lives close by or a long way away, and the gentle cream and grey colouring sits happily in most kitchens.

The mug has a smooth cream finish, a straight-sided body and a stepped foot at the base, and its handle is shaped with a small curl at the top and bottom that gives your fingers somewhere to rest. To keep the printed words crisp, we suggest washing it gently by hand with warm soapy water and drying it with a soft cloth. For gifting, tuck a few of her favourite tea bags or a bar of chocolate inside, wrap it in tissue and let her find the message for herself.

Specification

Colour

Cream

Height

9.8cm

Width

13cm

Depth

8.7cm

Weight

0.318kg

Capacity

400ml

Frequently Asked

How much does this Mum mug hold?

It holds 400ml, which is a generous mugful of tea, coffee or hot chocolate for anyone who likes a proper brew.

What is written inside the mug?

A message runs around the inside of the rim, beginning "I will always come to you when I need advice, or just a hug.
