mum-ceramic-tea-light-candle-holder-with-handle-off-white
Mum Ceramic Tea Light Candle Holder with Handle - Off White

Description

This ceramic tea light candle holder is a sweet little keepsake for Mum, with a looped handle printed with the word MUM and a round saucer base that reads 'love you so much' in soft grey lettering. A raised cup at the centre holds a single tea light, framed by a pale blue rim, while a gentle pink edge runs around the saucer. Dotted around the off white glaze are cheerful multi-coloured decals: little flowers, a strawberry, a bumblebee, a snail, a hedgehog and a ribbon bow. It measures 12.5cm across and 4cm deep, so it sits neatly on a shelf, a windowsill or a bedside table without taking up much room.

We think it makes a thoughtful Mother's Day gift, a small present that says what is not always easy to say out loud. The printed words do the talking, so it suits a mum who loves a cosy evening in with a flickering candle, whether it sits on her dressing table, beside a favourite reading chair or among family keepsakes on the mantelpiece. The looped handle makes it easy to pick up and move from room to room before the candle is lit, and the wide round saucer gives it a steady footing on any flat surface.

It is made from ceramic with a smooth off white glaze, and the decoration is applied as printed decals for a soft, illustrated look that feels homely rather than fussy. For care, simply wipe it with a soft damp cloth and dry it well, letting it cool completely after use before you clean it. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and always stand it on a flat, steady surface away from curtains and anything that could catch. Pop a tea light inside, wrap it in tissue paper and it is ready to give: a little glow of love for Mum to enjoy long after Mother's Day.

Specification

Material

Ceramic

Colour

Off white & multi- coloured

Finish

Decal

Diameter

12.5cm

Depth

4cm

Weight

0.22kg

Occasion

Mother's Day

Frequently Asked

What size is this tea light holder?

It measures 12.5cm across and 4cm deep, a compact size that fits easily on a shelf, a windowsill or a bedside table.

What is the candle holder made from?

It is ceramic with an off white glaze, decorated with multi-coloured printed decals of flowers, a bumblebee, a strawberry and other little garden details.

What words are printed on it?

The handle is printed with MUM and the saucer reads 'love you so much', so the message is there every time she lights a candle.

What kind of candle does it hold?

The central cup is made for a single tea light, which sits neatly inside the pale blue rim at the centre of the saucer.

Is it a good Mother's Day gift?

Yes, we think it makes a thoughtful Mother's Day present for Mum, with its printed message saying it for you in a cheerful, homely way.

How do I clean it?

Wait until it has cooled completely, then wipe it with a soft damp cloth and dry it well.
