We sell it with a choice of two shades, White Translucent Ribbon or Cream Translucent Ribbon, and in either one the light passes softly through the fine pleats. Its structure is iron, and it hangs from a round canopy 14cm across. The shade is 69cm tall and 90cm across, so this is a ceiling light with real presence, sized for rooms that can give it space.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA pendant this wide is at its best where it has room around it. Hung over a long dining table it gives the whole room a clear centre, and in a living room it makes a generous main light, the pleated ribbon softening the light from within. White Translucent Ribbon sits easily with pale walls and light woods, while Cream Translucent Ribbon brings a warmer tone; both suit a calm, tailored home as well as a relaxed one.
