mickey-mouse-outline-ceramic-planter-with-faux-plant-beige
Mickey Mouse Outline Ceramic Planter with Faux Plant - Beige

Description

This ceramic planter brings Mickey Mouse to a shelf or desk in the gentlest way, with a faux plant already settled in its top. The round pot is covered in Mickey Mouse heads drawn in fine black outline. They overlap at different sizes across a speckled beige surface and run all the way round. A soft blush-pink band circles the base and curves gently underneath, giving the piece a calm two-tone look. The planter stands 21.5cm tall and 12.5cm across, a neat size that fits a narrow windowsill or a crowded bookcase without taking over.

The faux plant has spiky green leaves like a succulent and sits in a top dressing of small pebbles. There is nothing to water, feed or repot, and it looks just as fresh in a dim hallway, where a real plant would sulk. That makes it an easy choice for a home office desk, a bedside table, a kitchen shelf or a bookcase, anywhere watering tends to be forgotten. In a living room it sits happily among framed photographs and books. The fine line drawing reads as a quiet pattern rather than a busy cartoon, so it suits grown-up rooms as well as playful ones.

The pot is ceramic, with a soft matt look and a patterned finish that wraps the whole body above the pink base. Care is simple: dust the leaves and the pot with a soft dry cloth now and then, and wipe the ceramic with a slightly damp cloth if it needs a little more, drying it afterwards. As it comes with its plant already in place, there is nothing to buy or arrange before it goes on show. Set it beside a stack of books in soft neutral tones, group it with a candle on a sideboard, or wrap it up as a thoughtful present that asks nothing of the person who receives it.

Specification

Material

Ceramic

Colour

Beige

Finish

Patterned

Height

21.5cm

Width

12.5cm

Depth

12.5cm

Weight

0.766kg

Design

Black outline, Mickey Mouse

Frequently Asked

How big is the Mickey Mouse planter?

It stands 21.5cm tall and measures 12.5cm across, a compact size that sits comfortably on a desk, windowsill or bookcase shelf.

Is the plant in the planter real?

No, it is a faux plant with spiky green leaves set in small pebbles, so it never needs watering, feeding or repotting.

What is the planter made of and what colour is it?

The pot is ceramic, with a speckled beige surface, black Mickey Mouse head outlines all the way round and a blush-pink band around the base.

How do I keep the planter clean?

Dust the leaves and the pot with a soft dry cloth now and then, and wipe the ceramic with a slightly damp cloth when it needs a little more.

Does it make a good gift?

Yes, it comes with the faux plant already in the pot, so it is ready to set out straight away and asks no care of the person who receives it.

Where in the home does the planter work best?

It suits a home office desk, a bedside table, a kitchen shelf, a bookcase or a dim hallway, anywhere a living plant would struggle.
