The black is a flat chalky finish with no shine anywhere on it, so the form reads by its outline rather than by any highlight. A plain black flex runs straight into the collar with no cap. The shade is deeper than it is wide. It measures 20cm across.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt suits a table, an island or a hallway, hung low enough to be looked at rather than into. Hang it so the bottom of the shade sits about 80cm above the surface, a little higher if people walk beneath it rather than sit under it.
