looney-tunes-bugs-bunny-mdf-plaque-with-carrot-12-8cm-blue
Looney Tunes Bugs Bunny MDF Plaque with Carrot 12.8cm - Blue

Description

This cheerful MDF plaque puts Bugs Bunny front and centre, grinning on top of his own name with a carrot in his paw. The board is cut to the outline of the rabbit and the chunky lettering, so it reads as a shaped sign rather than a plain rectangle. The background is a clear sky blue, and the words BUGS BUNNY are picked out in paler blue with crisp white outlines. The grey and white rabbit himself is printed in full colour, ears up and carrot at the ready. Its face measures 21.7cm on the longer side and 12.8cm on the shorter, and the board is 1.6cm thick, so the cut edges give it real depth on the wall.

A pale blue ribbon tied in a neat bow at the top lets it hang from a single hook, nail or door knob. A cut-out carrot hangs beneath the lettering on two short ribbons of its own, free to swing a little when the door opens. It is a bright, happy choice for a bedroom door, a playroom wall or a cosy reading corner, and it adds a splash of cartoon fun to a hallway or a den too. The blue sits comfortably alongside white, grey and soft pastels, so it slips easily into a room that is already decorated.

The design is printed on the front of the board, and the back is finished in a plain matching blue, so the reverse looks tidy wherever it hangs. Like any MDF piece, it is happiest somewhere dry indoors, away from steam and damp. A gentle dust now and then with a soft dry cloth keeps it looking fresh. We like it hung at eye level where the carrot can dangle freely, or wrapped flat as a cheerful gift that is ready to go up the moment it is unwrapped.

Specification

Material

MDF

Colour

Blue

Size

21.7 x 12.8cm

Depth

1.6cm

Weight

0.062kg

Frequently Asked

How big is the Bugs Bunny plaque?

The face measures 21.7cm on its longer side and 12.8cm on its shorter side, and the MDF board is 1.6cm thick.

What is the plaque made of?

The plaque is made of MDF.
