Two bold curves divide the sphere into panels and the fine lines fill each one at a slant. The glass behind the print is warm opal, and the light comes through the white ground between the lines. The neck below is a solid matt black running down to a plain silver screw cap. The drawing is the whole of the ornament.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt fits any E27 holder, so it goes straight into a fitting that already takes one, and it is the lamp rather than the fitting that sets how the light reads. Inside a closed shade none of the shape survives and a plain lamp would do the same work for less.
