large-floral-watering-can-ceramic-planter-cream-and-yellow
Large Floral Watering Can Ceramic Planter - Cream & Yellow

Description

This large ceramic planter is shaped like a classic watering can, with a cream body covered in a cheerful floral print and a sunny yellow spout and handle. The pattern runs all the way round: blue flower spires, orange bells, red berry sprays and tiny pink hearts, with a few spotted ladybirds tucked in among the stems. The spout finishes in a rounded rose dotted with holes, just like the real thing, and the curved handle sits at the opposite end. It stands 11.5cm high, 22.6cm wide and 13cm deep, a comfortable size for a windowsill or shelf.

We like it on a kitchen windowsill, a bright hallway table or a sideboard in the living room, where a small trailing plant can spill over the rim or a pot of herbs can sit neatly. To keep things simple, we suggest setting the plant inside in its own plastic nursery pot, so you can lift it out to water and let it drain before popping it back. It looks just as cheerful holding a posy of dried flowers. For friends who love their houseplants or spend their weekends in the garden, it makes a thoughtful gift that feels personal without being fussy.

The planter is ceramic with a glossy finish, and the inside is plain cream. Care is easy: dust it with a soft dry cloth and wipe it with a damp cloth when it needs it, then dry it off. Settle a little trailing ivy or a pot of fresh herbs inside before you wrap it and it becomes a ready-made present, or group it with plain terracotta pots on a sunny sill so the yellow handle and spout pull the whole arrangement together.

Specification

Material

Ceramic

Colour

Cream & Yellow

Height

11.5cm

Width

22.6cm

Depth

13cm

Weight

0.522kg

Frequently Asked

How big is the watering can planter?

It measures 11.5cm high, 22.6cm wide and 13cm deep, so it fits comfortably on a windowsill, shelf or small side table.

What is the planter made of?

It is made of ceramic with a glossy finish, with a cream body, a plain cream inside and a yellow spout and handle.

What does the pattern look like?

The cream body is covered all over in small wildflowers in blue, orange, red and pink, with tiny hearts and a few spotted ladybirds among the stems.

What can I put in it?

It suits a small trailing plant, a pot of herbs, a little succulent or a posy of dried flowers.
