lanacera-led-ceiling-light-black-gold
Lanacera LED Ceiling Light - Black & Gold

Description

The Lanacera is an LED ceiling light built around three interlinked rings set along a slim horizontal bar, with a gold ring at either end and a black ring at the centre, all fixed beneath a long black canopy. The body is steel and aluminium, and each ring carries a white plastic diffuser on its inner face, so the light comes softly from the rings themselves rather than from a visible bulb. It measures 96.5cm long, 40cm wide and 15.5cm high. The integrated LEDs are rated 2 x 12.5W and give a warm white light at 3000K. Its IP20 rating settles where it goes: indoors, in dry rooms.

Its length makes it a natural choice over a dining table, along a kitchen island or across the middle of a long living room, where a single pendant can look too small for the space. Because it stands only 15.5cm high, it also works well in rooms with lower ceilings, giving good overhead light without hanging low over anyone's head. The black and gold finish pairs happily with dark, moody walls and with plain white ones alike, and the mix of gold and black rings gives a plain ceiling a little movement. It suits anyone who wants one fitting to light a whole table or seating area.

The LEDs are dimmable, so you can bring the light down for a quiet evening and back up for cleaning or homework. There is no switch on the fitting itself; it is switched at the wall. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains and carries an energy class of E. As a mains light wired into the ceiling, it is installed by a qualified electrician. Packed, it weighs 3.439KG, which is worth knowing when planning the day it is fitted.

Specification

Length

96.5cm

Width

40cm

Height

15.5cm

Body Material

Steel, aluminium

Body Colour

Black, gold

Shade Material

Plastic

Shade Colour

White

Light Source

LED, integrated

Wattage

2 x 12.5W

Lumens

1,800lm per light (2 lights)

Colour Temperature

3000K

Dimmable

Yes

Switch

None (switched at the wall)

IP Rating

IP20

Protection Class

Class II

Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Energy Class

E

Weight (packed)

3.439KG

Frequently Asked

Can the Lanacera go in a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, which means it is for indoor, dry rooms only, so keep it away from bathrooms and anywhere near water.

Is the Lanacera dimmable?

Yes, the integrated LEDs are dimmable.
