krissa-footstool-modular-sofa-natural
Krissa Footstool Modular Sofa - Natural

Description

The footstool unit of the Krissa modular sofa, 85cm square and 42cm high. A deep loose cushion in natural linen sits on a mango wood plinth, and the face of the plinth is set with a close row of small dark studs along its top edge. Four short turned feet lift the frame clear of the floor.

It is one unit of a modular sofa and works either on its own or pushed up against a seat unit, where it carries the seat on as a chaise. Standing alone at 85cm square it stands in for a coffee table. At 42cm the top is a footstool height rather than a table height, so a tray sits low to the floor. The Krissa range also runs to a corner unit, an extension unit and a full set.

The frame is solid mango wood and the cushion is upholstered in natural linen. The studs run in a single line along the top of the plinth, close enough to read as a band rather than as separate heads. The linen is a plain weave left undyed, so it reads cream rather than white against a pale floor.

Specification

Height

42cm

Width

85cm

Depth

85cm

Material

Mango Wood & Linen

Colour

Natural

Weight

14.1kg

Frequently Asked

What is a modular sofa?

A sofa built from separate units that combine.
