kallu-plain-faux-fur-throw-chocolate
Kallu Plain Faux Fur Throw - Chocolate

Description

The Kallu throw is faux fur on both faces, not fur on one side and a flat backing on the other, which is what sets it apart from most throws you will handle. That double-sided build means there is no wrong way to drape it and no cold, slippery underside to turn over. The pile is deep and dense, in a rich chocolate brown, and a wide flat border runs around the edge to frame the plush centre. It comes in two sizes: 130 x 180cm for a single sofa or a chair, and 150 x 200cm for a double bed or a wider settee.

This is a throw for a living room sofa or the foot of a bed, wherever you settle in to read or watch something of an evening. The warm chocolate tone sits easily against cream, oatmeal and tan, and works just as well over a grey or navy sofa where you want a note of warmth. Fold it over a chair arm and it reads as a soft, inviting layer; unfold it fully and the larger size covers two people without either being short. Because both sides are fur, it looks finished however it falls.

It is made from 100% polyester, which is why the pile stays plush and springs back rather than matting flat, and why it is straightforward to keep. Polyester is hard-wearing and holds colour well, so the chocolate will not fade with regular use. The wide border gives the edges a little structure so the throw settles neatly rather than curling. If you like a soft, tactile layer you can pull over yourself on the sofa, this one earns its keep every evening, and the two sizes let you match it to the seat or bed it lives on.

Specification

Material

100% polyester

Design

Plain, modern, with a wide border

Construction

Double-sided faux fur, woven

Size

130 x 180cm to 150 x 200cm

Sold as

Single throw

Country of origin

Not stated

Frequently Asked

Is the throw fur on both sides?

Yes.
