jungle-leopards-animal-velvet-cushion-green
Jungle Leopards Animal Velvet Cushion - Green

Description

This is a 43 x 43cm cushion carrying a hand-painted jungle scene of leopards resting among tropical foliage, printed onto a soft velvet-feel fabric. The face is a deep forest green scattered with palm fronds, monstera leaves, pink blossom and a chameleon, with two leopards as the focus of the design. It is made from 100% polyester, which is what gives the fabric its durability and its resistance to fading, so a design this detailed keeps its depth of colour through everyday use.

A 43cm square is the standard sofa cushion size, which makes this one easy to place: it sits comfortably on a two or three-seater without crowding it, and works equally well propped against the headboard of a bed or on a reading chair. The green ground and the botanical print suit a room already leaning into plants and warm neutrals, and the animal print gives it a focal point rather than a background role. If you like layering cushions, this one holds its own at the front of a group.

The reverse is a plain olive-green velvet, so the cushion can be turned to show either the print or the solid side depending on your mood. A pink piped edge runs around the seam and picks up the blossom tones in the print, and a hidden zip closure keeps the fastening out of sight while letting you remove the cover. Being polyester, the velvet is easy to keep fresh and shrugs off the knocks of a busy living room. It reads as a single design rather than part of a set, so treat it as the one bold piece in an arrangement.

Specification

Material

100% Polyester

Design

Hand-painted jungle leopards print, plain reverse

Construction

Soft velvet fabric, piped edge, hidden zip closure

Size

43 x 43cm

Country of origin

United Kingdom

Frequently Asked

What is the cushion made from?

The cover is 100% polyester with a soft velvet feel, which keeps the printed design durable and helps it hold its colour through everyday use.

Is the back the same as the front?

No, the reverse is a plain olive-green velvet, so you can turn the cushion to show either the leopard print or the solid side.

How does the cover fasten?

It closes with a hidden zip along one seam, which keeps the fastening out of sight and lets you take the cover off when you need to.

What size is this cushion?

It measures 43 by 43 centimetres, the standard square size that suits a sofa, an armchair or propping against the headboard of a bed.

Where is it made?

The cushion is designed, printed and made in the United Kingdom, as stated by the supplier.
